Ibizan wine is having a moment. For years, it was consumed only locally. Now, a new wave of winemakers is putting the island on the global map. They are rejecting international varieties like Cabernet in favor of indigenous grapes that tell the story of the red soil (*call vermell*) and the sea breeze.
Can Rich is one of Ibiza's pioneering wineries, established in 1997 in the hills above San Antonio. The estate produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines using both indigenous and international grape varieties. The winery offers tours and tastings in a beautiful countryside setting, with views across the western hills of the island.

Sa Cova is a family-run winery in the heart of Ibiza, near the village of Santa Gertrudis.
