Car booking process was fast, efficient & perfect. It was delivered to the hotel with fresh cold water bottles in the car, along with a charger cable. Everything ready to go & fast. The car was brand new (2025) and communication with Azul cars was super easy through WhatsApp. I really appreciated the attention to detail and easy pickup & return process.
I had great experience with Azul Cars, the service is indeed premium, there were water bottles and an apple usb c cable(which is gift) coming with the car. I have made a reservation for Mercedes AMG Convertible, however it was unavailable due to air conditioning issue. It was substituted with Mercedes AMG GLE, which was an upgrade free of charge, I only has to provide higher deposit.

An awesome day in Mallorca thanks to Azul Cars. Was on the island for nine hours (via a cruise) and didn't want to miss a minute of action, so reserved a super cool car to be delivered/returned right to the cruise port first thing this morning. Was able to drive the Ma-10 to Soller, with lunch in Andratx. This drive was more stunning the Northern California Coastal Hwy 1 drive from San Francisco to St. Louis Obispo. The convertible was perfect and the car was in mint condition and super fun to drive.
Employees were super kind and helpful!!!
Highly recommend. Best port of entire cruise! Will come back to stay a week next time!
