Role Overview
As an International Concierge at Isles of Ibiza & Formentera, you'll be at the heart of our luxury operations. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our discerning clients and our portfolio of premium services—yachts, villas, cars, and bespoke experiences. This role requires exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for delivering extraordinary service.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (required)
- Additional languages a plus (Spanish, French, Swedish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Knowledge of Ibiza's luxury landscape preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate yacht charters, villa bookings, and car rentals
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transfers, and special requests
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain detailed client profiles and preferences
- Handle VIP requests with discretion and professionalism
